The data's always there. The tooling almost never is. Teams drown in dashboards built for last quarter's question, then trust a confident AI answer nobody in the room can actually defend. I build the part that's missing: the reasoning between the data and the decision.

hospitality.one is where this is live first. Hotel groups run on a 1973-era system of record and a stack of spreadsheets; we turn that into decisions before the morning meeting. It's the first vertical, not the last.
